The congas used in some latinoamerican music styles produce audible tones in Sol and Si notes when using palms in the border rings of the membranes to play (so bigger membranes produces notes of bigger magnitude). This can be proven by synthesizing the sounds produced when playing congas using Harmonic Plus Stochastic Synthesis and extracting the harmonics -those vibrations that correspond to audible notes- to listen carefully to these sounds and listen the real note that everybody is hearing when listening to latin styles and even with african music. Though this looks like some contradiction with standard musicology there is a scientific way to prove that congas make audible notes. // Las congas utilizadas en algunos estilos latinoamericanos producen tonos audibles en las notas Sol y Si cuando se usan las palmas de la mano en los bordes de las membranas para tocar (por lo tanto, las membranas mas grandes sirvieron para producir tonos de magnitudes mas grandes) Esto se puede demostrar sintetizando los sonidos producidos cuando se tocan las congas usando Sintesís Estocástica + Harmónicos y extrayendo los harmónicos -las vibraciones que forman parte de las frecuencias audibles- para escuchar cuidadosamente a estos sonidos y prestar atención a las notas reales, que son las que todos escuchan cuando escuchan estilos latinos e inclusive con música africana.
